I had to call Gail right away and tell her the amazing news. Well actually I text her - because it was so late. I never dreamed the count was up to 50. We started in 2006 with only 1 cruise that Gail and I hosted and then it took off from there. We are so blessed to have this job and work with all of you wonderful crafters.
To celebrate this milestone, we are giving away 6 Lickety Split Scrapbooks kits. Lickety Split has been very instrumental in our business - when you count their 2 cruises for 2012, they will have organized 10 cruises with us - a record! And we are currently working to get their 2 cruises set-up for 2013!
The kits include Bo Bunny paper, paper flowers, brads, buttons and other fun elements.
How do you enter? Just leave a comment...
There are 2 types of winners:
- Four of the kits will go to those of you who have helped to make the 50 cruises possible (past Cruise & Crop cruisers). Please leave the date you sailed and name the host that you sailed with. And don't worry - if you have a cruise booked with us (future sailing) you qualify for this too.
- Still hoping to cruise with us someday? We have a prize for you too. Two of the kits will go to cruise hopefuls. Just leave us a comment of your dream Cruise & Crop cruise.
Winners will be drawn at random and announced later this week.
My dream cruise and crop cruise would be through the Mediterranean - beautiful scenery while scrapping at sea!
ReplyDeleteI cruised last January on the Jewel of the Seas with Nancy F.. We left out of Tampa and cruised the Western Caribbean to Cozumel and Costa Maya. Learned great card techniques. Looking for another card making trip to take this fall or next spring. Hope you'll get more choices for us card makers. How about leaving out of Baltimore maybe to Bermuda or the Bahamas.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 50 cruises !!! Wish I could say I'd been on all 50, but I've got two fantastic stamping cruises under my belt... along with memories of not only delicious food, but educational and fun excursions, and of course lots of inspirational card making !! My very first cruise was February, 2011 out of Tampa to the Western Caribbean. Hosted by Sparkle and Sprinkle, Impression Obsession and The Paper Cut. WOW - what a GREAT time we had !! Cruise number two was out of Ft. Lauderdale this past February, 2012 to the Eastern Caribbean. It was an honor and a privilege to be part of a team that created nearly 500 cards to send to Military Troops deployed overseas through our host, Operation Write Home. So, where's the next cruise??? Alaska or Hawaii would be my next choice... Let's Go Cruisin' !!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI've enjoyed three scrapping cruises. One with Lickety Split in March, 2010 when my sister and I had a great cruise out of Tampa. Shellie and I really enjoyed the Cricut Cruise with Cara out of Miami in March, 2011. I really learned to use my cricut and gypsy with much more ease. Finally, in Nov., 2011 we went again on a PIT cruise out of Port Canaveral. Not sure when the next one will be. But I'm open for suggestions.
ReplyDeleteI will be cruising in Nov. 2012 and i just can't wait. Actually i still can't believe i will be doing this. I am going with my sil. We are doing a nine day, eastern caribbean cruise with Gail and Sheri, leaving out of New Jersey.. It is being organized by Sweet Sentiments in Belleville, Ontario.

I just love the idea of scrappin' and cruisin' - so glad to have taken my first one hosted by Scrap, Paper, Scissors (forgot the date except it was in 2010). My second cruise was with Shelby Dredge/Embellish It on october 10th thru 17th. What fun. I cannot wait to take my next crop & cruise...and I hope it's soon. Love it all and I thank you Gail & Cheri! You both are dreams to work with and make my dreams come true. Love, Shelly
ReplyDeleteSo nice to see your faces again; I didn't know you had a blog! I went on the Michael's Craft Cruise last October with my husband; it was our first one. It was absolutely one of the best experiences we ever had! You guys did a great job coordinating everything; it couldn't have gone more smoothly. And now I need to go back to my email from y'all to see what else is coming up!
ReplyDeleteWOW...50 CRUISES! What great fun for so many crafting folks. I'd love to hear some of their memories. NOW
ReplyDeleteI AM SO LOOKING FORWARD TO A STAMPING CRUISE IN JANUARY, 2013!! I was booked for a great one last year with you but was so sad I had to cancel due to health issues with my hubby. Well, he's all well and I've convinced him to take this cruise with me in January. I'm so EXCITED to think about doing 2 of my favorite things...cruising and crafting! Would love to win a Lickety Split Kit to keep me busy, busy until January. Thanks Cruise & Crop for all your efforts!
WOW I am loving these comments. Keep them coming! - Cheri, Cruise & Crop
ReplyDeleteI long for the day that I can set sail with one of your cruises and spend all my time immersed in creating!

Congrats, Gail & Cheri! Some of my gal pals and I had great fun sailing with you in Feb. 2009 (I think it was). I still have my Cruise & Crop charm in my stamping tool bag and my Queen of the Crop tiara is in my craft room- of course in a place of honor! We hope to do it again one day.
ReplyDeleteOMG! 50 Cruises! Congratulations, Cruise & Crop! My husband and I have been on two of them. Both with Michaels as host, and both last year - February and October. They were so awesome! As a crafter, it was fun to be challenged outside of my comfort zone. We are looking forward to going again sometime. Thanks for coordinating these fun excursions!
ReplyDeleteLoved the last cruise on the Monarch of the Seas in Feb. 2010 (I think) I am leaving on Saturday for Alaska and I can't wait!!! I hope you have hundreds more
ReplyDeleteAwesome number!! My daughter and I sailed last year (Nov 7-11, 2011) on the Monarch of the Seas with the Pictures in Time (PIT) Group. It was a dream come true for me. I can't wait until the have another!! I'm ready to go and got my bags packed!!!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I was on the OWH cruise Feb. 2012. I loved it and would love to go on some more!
ReplyDeleteI am thinking about the cruise in Oct out of NJ
ReplyDeleteMy awesome crafting cruise was in Feb. 2011 on the first Michaels cruise. SOOO much fun. What a great experience. Hope Michaels hosts more cruises soon. Another crafting/stamping cruise id definitely on my bucket list. Congrats on the BIG 5-0!
ReplyDeleteCongrats to you both. You DO know how to Cruise and Crop. My only Stamping cruise was with you, though I also had a great time on a handwork quilting cruise with Cindy Blackberg. The cruise I took with you was in September 2007 on the Sovereign of the Seas sponsored by Gina K Designs, Stamping Bella, and Papertrey Ink. It was awesome, and we recieved such a great value for the money. I'm scheduled to join you for the January 2013 cruise, and I can hardly wait. See you aboard ship.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on hitting a milestone of 50 cruises. My Mom and I are sailing with you on the 24th of November 2012. We are cruising with the group from Sweet Sentiments and Close to My Heart from Belleville, Ontario. It's my Mom's first cruise and she also is addicted to scrapbooking. I'm amazed at how many people still have not heard about Scrapbooking Cruises. I've been spreading the word!!!! I just checked out Lickety Split's website and ordered three page kits. Wow, what a great website!!! See you on board in November :)))))
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on hitting 50 cruises. That is wonderful. We cruised with Cara Miller on the Cricut and Copics Cruise in October 2011 out of Boston. I had such a great time and met some wonderful ladies. I recommend this type of cruise to everyone who loves to cruise and scrapbook. Thanks for all you guys do to make these cruises possible.
ReplyDeleteWow, 50 cruises ~ that IS a milestone! I was privileged to be part of the stamping cruise with Nichole Heady, Emily Bella and Gina K. I must say it was one awesome cruise. The classes were wonderful and we got an amazing amount of goodies!!!
ReplyDeleteKim Forsyth
Awesome milestone! I cruised with Cruise and Crop in November 13, 2010 Scrapville, Greenville, Tx cruise! It was so much fun and I am so ready to go again. Vickie Doswell
ReplyDeleteI am awaiting information regarding the LIcketySplit cruise out of LA...sounds like an awesome cruise that I might have to sign up for.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Gail & Cheri on your 50 Cruises!!! I have had the pleasure of going on two of them...one with Shelby with Embellish it in May 2011 & then again in October 2011 on the Michael's Craft Cruise. Both were soooo much fun. In fact, I'm already trying to figure out when I'm going on my next one!!!!! The sooner the better!!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats Gail & Cheri. I haven't cruised yet - booked for the October 14, 2012 cruise and it will be my first cruise ever. I am so looking forward to it.
DeleteI love to cruise and love to scrap but have never combined the two. I look forward to booking one soon.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the 50 cruise milestone!!! I have been on 3 other scrapbooking cruises, but my first with you will be in 2 weeks - going to Alaska on the Embellish It cruise - can't wait!! My friends and I are also planning to join Embellish It next Feb, going to the Caribbean out of Galveston - going to celebrate my girlfriend's 50th birthday with you! Scrapbook cruises are a great way to combine 2 of my favorite pastimes!!
ReplyDeleteWe sailed on 10-10-10 with the Embellish It crew. We had Shelby and Monica as teachers, and loved every minute of it. We are still talking about the cruise and remembering all the stories. Can't wait to do it again!!
